1. General Provisions

In these Terms, the following terms are used:

“Client” — an individual or legal entity using the Company’s services.

“Services” — the services provided by the Company, including but not limited to company registration and related services as listed on the Website.

The Company provides services in accordance with Estonian legislation. In case the client does not meet the requirements or if there is suspicion of illegal activity, the Company reserves the right to take action in accordance with established procedures.

4. Registration and Accounts

No registration is required on the Website. Clients can contact the Company via the feedback form or book a video call appointment.

5. Pricing and Payment

The pricing for services is determined based on market demand and the Company’s development priorities. Payments can be made via the following methods:

• Bank transfer;
• Cash payment at the office with a receipt issued.

Cancellation of services already provided is not possible, and refunds are not issued. If the service has not yet been provided, the client is entitled to a refund of up to 50% of the payment.

6. Obligations and Liability

6.1. Obligations of the Company

The Company undertakes to provide services with high quality and within the agreed timeframes. If the service cannot be provided due to the client’s fault (e.g., concealment of information), the service is considered rendered, and the payment is non-refundable.

6.2. Obligations of the Clients

The client agrees to:

• Pay for services on time;
• Provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of the service;
• Refrain from providing false information about themselves or their company.

6.3. Limitation of Liability

If the service cannot be provided due to internal reasons, the Company refunds up to 100% of the client’s payment.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

The Company collects the following client data: name, address, contact information, and other data required for completing the KYC verification process. All data is stored in encrypted form on servers located in Estonia.

Data is completely confidential and may only be disclosed to specialized authorities of the Republic of Estonia in case of suspected criminal activity or legal violations by the client.

8. Amendments to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. Clients will be notified of such changes via email.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. In the event of disputes, the client has the right to file a claim with the Estonian courts.

10. Miscellaneous

The materials on the Website and services are protected by copyright and belong to Digital Invest OÜ. Use of the Website’s materials without an active link to the source is prohibited.

By using the Website or services, clients automatically agree to these Terms.
