  • Receiving Your Goods - you can deliver your products directly from the supplier to our warehouse and we will handle everything else. Our team will check all the items in your order upon delivery to ensure everything has been received. If any items are missing or are damaged, we will report the issue to you because all of the items will be kept securely until the check is finished.
  • Storing Your Goods - when your items are delivered to our facility, they will be thoroughly inspected and checked against the invoices and any other paperwork received to ensure everything is in order. Since we use a computerized tracking system set up by registered barcodes for each stock item along with SKU and item description, it will be easy to locate the items when required. Rest assured your stock is always well cared for and as your business grows we can also keep expanding to accommodate more goods as required.
  • Customer Order Delivery - when an order comes in, we pick and pack it with care. After that, we partner with reliable shipping carriers to make sure your packages get to your customers on time. Whether it's a local delivery or an international shipment, we ensure the process is smooth, with tracking updates every step of the way. Your customers will receive their orders quickly, and you can rest easy knowing everything’s taken care of.
  • Return Management - returns happen, and we make handling them easy. When a return is made, we check the items to ensure they’re in good condition and follow your instructions for what to do next — whether it’s restocking, disposing of, or re-shipping the items. We handle everything efficiently, so you don’t have to worry about managing returns on your own.
