Note:
An independent auditor’s report confirming whether the financial statements accurately reflect the company’s financial position and operational results, conducted in accordance with Estonian Financial Reporting Standards or International Financial Reporting Standards.
Timing:
The audit deadline will be agreed upon with the company. However, if the audit is mandatory, Estonian law requires that the annual report audit be completed within 6 months after the end of the company’s financial year.
